Superior pancreatico-duodenal artery pseudoaneurysm coil embolization

Visceral artery pseudoaneurysm coil embolization.
13 years young boy with chronic pancreatitis presented with episode of hemetemesis.
Hb was 6.1 gm%.

USG revealed pancreatic parenchymal atrophy and calcification, dilated MPD with intraductal calculi and pseudoaneurysm on antero-medial aspect of pancreatic head.

celiac angiogram depicted 2.3 x 1.7 cm sized pseudoaneurysm arising from superior pancreatico-duodenal artery (branch of gastroduodenal artery).
Coil embolization of pseudoaneurysm was done.
